This surgery video finishes with a visual comparison between 3D treatment plan, clinical outcome and post op image to demonstrate the efficacy of this new Guided Zygomatic Implant protocol. I planned the implant paths and positions in 3D treatment planning space based on 3D representation of the patient anatomy in the form of the segmented DICOM file. This precision-optimized plan is the basis for a new guide design which transfers all of the quantified variables in the 3D plan directly to the patient, intraoperatively.
